Our apartments have been recently renovated with modern design and are equipped with air conditioning, heating, free Internet connection and flat screen TV.The kitchen (with fridge, moka and toaster) is always complete with utensils.The bathroom is equipped with hairdryer, iron and ironing board. We also provide sheets and two towels for each guest.

When staying at this residence, you agree to the following rules:
– NO smoking.
– 20€ penalty in case of damage or loss of they key electricity card.
– Throw garbage out.
– NOT to have more people staying in the house than originally agreed.
– We’ll provide you just one key for all the apartment.
– Apt will be delivered to you cleaned and also in perfect condition. We’re expecting to receive it in the same way.
